Mock Interviews

Interview practice enables candidates to think critically and answer questions in a timely manner. Mock interviews can help candidates build the confidence to succeed and stay calm under pressure. As I mock interview candidates, I give them immediate feedback to help them refine their approach and figure out what works and doesn't work.

Case Frameworks

Case interviews evaluate critical thinking and analytic skills. I work with candidates to help them assess the types of questions they might get depending on the industry. In management consulting, questions can range from market entry to evaluating profitability to mergers and acquisitions. I then help candidates learn how to frame the problem, evaluate missing information, and utilize frameworks (3Cs, market-sizing, pricing, M&A, etc.) to work through the case.
